Each of the below sections is designed to be done on one day or one week.

I highly recommend you do the homework in each segment. It will take about 10 minutes a day, 5-7 days each week. I believe it will change your life.

I also recommend getting a notebook to put all your answers to the homework assignments. By being able to look back in a few months at your progress, I believe you will be amazed at the change in yourself and your future.

Let's get started with the first training!

Day 1:

find your purpose, change the world

Homework assignment:

What is YOUR purpose?

How do YOU want to change the world?

Really dig deep on this.

Write out TODAY your thoughts and each day this week, for the next 7 days - add and work with your thoughts. If you do this I believe you will be AMAZED at the transformation in your ability to implement your purpose.

Book recommendation: The Pledge, by Michael Masterson

Day 2:

mindset training

Homework:

What is YOUR mindset?

Is it holding you back?

Is it empowering you?

Are you happy with your mindset?

What needs to change?

Take out a sheet of paper and document each of these answers.

Go back to that sheet each day this week and add to it.

I recommend reading:

Instant Wealth - Wake Up Rich - by Christopher Howard

Day 3:

clarity of purpose

Today's lesson was short. Hopefully it was powerful to you!

This weeks' assignment:

What is YOUR purpose?

I know you worked on it 2 weeks ago (you did, didn't you?)

But now that your mind has had some time to think on it, you are probably becoming more clear on your purpose.

Can you write one sentence that fully incorporates your purpose?

Go ahead, write it down.

Then each day this week, look at that sentence and see how you can improve it.

Can you make it more concise, more targeted?

Use clearer language?

Day 4:

In the last few days, we have worked hard on the concept of attaining a clear understanding of your purpose.

Now it is time to begin implementing what you have learned about purpose.

This weeks' lesson will show you how to take what you have worked on called purpose, and apply it to your vision, then take that vision and create an implementation plan to implement your vision. You see, if you have purpose and a vision, but no plan - it is likely you won't succeed!

long term vision to create daily goals

Homework:

Write out your purpose and your vision for accomplishing it.

Write out a 13 week or 26 week plan.

Then scale back with weekly and then daily goals for accomplishing it.

Recommendation:

Read Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill

Even if you have read it before.

Read it again.

Day 5:

Yesterday you worked on creating a daily action plan based on your purpose and vision.

Today, we will dig a little deeper - with some additional ideas on implementing your daily plan:

daily plan and daily management of master plan

Homework:

What is your daily plan?

What can you do to implement your daily plan each day?

Write out 3 things you will do to ensure you implement your daily plan each day.

Reading: 4 Hour Work Week by Timothy Ferris

Day 6:

clarity of focus

Are you focused?

What could you do to change your focus?

What could you to do better implement your focus each day, each week?

Want to learn more about focus and how to make it happen starting with your brain?

I recommend:

Your Brain at Work by David Rock

Day 7:

my time management process

Obviously, my time management process won't be right for everyone.

But how does it help seeing one way I manage my time?

How can you best manage your time?

Recommended Reading:

The Power of Full Engagement - Tony Schwartz and Jim Loehr

Day 8:

finding your own best time management system

What time management system works best for you?

What have you tried before?

What worked well?

What didn't work at all?

What can you do to incorporate what DID work with some new ideas to get better control of your time?

Recommended reading:

Great by Choice - Jim Collins

Day 9:

how I got started, discussion of entrepreneurial mindset

A bit of a shift with this training, eh?

I find that sometimes hearing what someone else has done can make a big difference!

I recommend reading books about successful people - for example:

Ted Turner

Paul Getty

Denis Felix

When you read their biographies, you will likely be amazed at the similarities in their implementation methods!

action management additional thoughts

thoughts on finishing one item before starting another

discussion about managing day

additional purpose thoughts from q and a

thoughts about maximizing your time in blocks and getting more done
